Application Process

APPLICATION FEES/DEPOSITS

  • Non-refundable application fee of $60, per person, age 18 older
  • The total security deposit to be paid is determined by your ability to meet our criteria. It will be a minimum of one month's rent.
  • A pre-lease deposit of $500 is required at the time of applying.
  • This amount will be applied to your security deposit upon acceptance. In the event that your application is denied, the pre-lease deposit will be refunded to you.

PET DEPOSIT/PET RENT

  • A maximum of two animals will be accepted.
  • A $500 deposit, per animal must be paid prior to move-in. This deposit is fully refundable.
  • An additional pet rent (non-refundable) of $15 per animal per month will be required.
  • All animals must be at least 1 year of age or older.
